  Very happy with the service received during my time there on Friday 1st April. I was booked in with Hazel for one of her own Pokémon designs. From the moment I… read more arrived I was made to feel very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and Hazel was wonderful at making me feel relaxed during my time there. The studio was very clean and hygienic and well laid out. Each artist has their own area and every area was very clean. Hazel took a lot of time to explain things throughout and even though I have had previous tattoos it was good to still have some take time to talk through things. If I was totally new to having a tattoo I could imagine how much this will help someone feel more calm about it all. Hazel allowed me to have plenty of breaks to move around. Personally I’m not one who can sit for hours and not move. Once the tattoo was finished Hazel used second skin to cover the tattoo and spent a good amount of time talking through after care options. I use tattoo goo but underground offer their own versions. I still have tattoo goo to use at the moment as I had brought some in advance for this tattoo but next time I will purchase the brand they recommend as it smelt amazing. Highly recommend this studio and if like me you like quirky geeky designs I highly recommend Hazel. I’ve posted a photo of my tattoo, due to the light green the redness really shows up but a few days after and I am very happy with the healing process and can’t wait to share pictures once it’s fully healed.

She created a design for me with exactly what I wanted and I am chuffed to bits with how it turned out. I was apprehensive before having this tattoo but there was no need and I trust this place fully. The aftercare was also greatly appreciated. I just want to book in for more now. 👍
